When I arrived at his shop, he said he could do the work while I waited, I was very happy to hear this since I live 30 miles away. Two guys were working on other projects in a well organized shop and he still found the time to help me. It only took him about 15 minutes to complete the welding job which turned out better than expected and looked very professional. I am confident the repair will withstand the high winds where it will be placed Amazing customer service that I am glad to recommend to my friends and I will keep Sparky's in mind for any future welding or metal fabrication needs. The delivery arrived Sunday but it was not safe, yet. The driver was extremely nice and apologized for not being able to get up our hill. I said wait until mid week. I call the local number in New Philadelphia. Could that be the difference? Every driver we have had was very friendly. Every office worker we have met was helpful and courteous. And, they are the best price without hidden fees.
