Sherwood Park was our first location to get a liquor store in the greater Edmonton area but now we also have them in St. Albert and Edmonton. The selection isn't huge but it is varied from $8 bottles of wine up to a couple hundred dollars. I love giving the GIANT and I mean giant bottles of Kirkland Signature alcohol as Christmas presents - who doesn't want a gallon of spiced rum or vodka? I know, I sure do and this present won't go to waste! They carry a great seasonal selection and don't miss out on the ever popular Christmas import beer advent calendar for that beer drinker in your life! I'll be seeing you soon... P.S. One of the cool things I like about this place is you can buy all the beer as singles. It's 7:30 on a Sunday night. I'm driving Eastbound to Winnipeg…read more I was asked to buy a few bottles of "Spirytus Rektyfikowany" because it is a banned spirit in Manitoba. My search began. My locals didn't carry it, so I continued Eastward. Finally hitting this Google recommended store in Sherwood Park. Alas it was closed. But wait! Dude in a pickup truck comes barrelling across the parking lot. He Jumps out and opens the store for us. Excitement for all. Until he tells us that his shipment of that Spirit isn't due until 3 days hence. Bummer. He calls up Winning Wines since it is on our way out of town. He was told that they are also sold out. :( He tells me that in the future, he will gladly order in anything I want. A really nice fellow. Sadly, a large sale was lost, but a new friend was made.
