When I checked the tracking over the weekend, there had been no movement, which I found concerning. On Monday, I called to inquire about the delay. What frustrated me most was not that the package didn't arrive the next day, but that I was given inaccurate information. Had I known the package would not be delivered as promised, I would have taken it directly to the FedEx depot near the airport. Unfortunately, the owner was extremely rude during our conversation and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dropping off packages at this location. Customers deserve accurate information and respectful service.

Tariq not only took my order immediately but produced my cards within an HOUR... and ... and ... there was no "rush" fee. I was so impressed! I appreciate the speedy, quick service. Pricing is great too, and excellent quality products - glossy paper and thick card stock for my cards.. Over the last several years I have ordered multiple new products including posters, flyers, brochures, t-shirts and even sandwich boards. You could save a couple bucks by going to Staples, but if what every you are getting printed needs to be done correctly and on time, I highly recommend you check out Little Rock. The people are really nice and also competent. Whenever I've done printing here I feel like they've given it a human eye to make sure that they are done correctly. Seems like a pretty simple thing, but like most people who have had to get things printed from time to time, we've probably all experienced some pretty hilariously botched print jobs. Hilarious that they tried to pass it off as complete, but not hilarious that you probably have an event coming up with no posters to advertise.
