But I've been using color treated shampoo that I bought from Jacquie, herself. I've been washing my hair every 3 days, but it still faded pretty bad. I'm two toned again. :( I'm actually going to go get my hair reombred somewhere else in a month, when I've saved up enough. All if can say is goodluck with your hair journeys, whomever you are. Make careful decisions on where you spend your money. Despite the good service, the technique and results I received were just too horrible. It's kind of similar to a restaurant. When you go to a restaurant, you go for the food, not the service. Good service is a plus, but it is not the selling point of a restaurant.

Everything always comes out exactly the way you expect it to, with no surprises. I have known Jacquie for a little while and I can say that she is extremely friendly and personable. She started off with a chemical peel, which she customized herself, followed by a few different masks. The products she uses are mostly plant based and they all smell amazing! I was sent home with a post-peel kit to use for the rest of the week while my skin was peeling. Super convenient, everything was in little travel sized squeeze tubes making it easy to bring along with you. After about 4 or 5 days of peeling (very mild peel, btw), my skin is sooo smooth!
