As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. I asked to speak with the doctor she refused to come into the room and closed the door to her office until I left the office, left the dirty work to her poor staff. She also told me she would do knee injections after I had fallen on my knee. When the day came for the injection she came in the room asked me if this was workmen's Compensation I told her no she turned around left the room and never returned, a staff person came in and said she was not doing the injection. I did have alternative insurance but apparently they don't pay as much as Workmen's Compensation. Obviously she only cares about the almighty dollar and not the patient. Beware

It seems funny to me that if patients abused their meds can go and blame the doctor. I lost a lot of loved ones due to alcoholism- they abused alcohol. Did anyone blame the alcohol makers? Then the attack on pain patients. While doctor Gosey was under attack- workers comp was already doing court cases to get patients off meds. This includes pain creams, pain patches and more. It all felt so orchestrated. Some blamed Gosey for their woes but who is considering the pain patients that ended their lives when pain relief was ripped away. It's not just 22 sessions costing over $5000. . They do not tell you in the contract that after the initial 22 sessions that will not provide you with pain relief, that they will then tell you that if you continue for another 22 sessions costing you another $5000 You will be pain free! The treatment providers are incredibly rude and treat you with such condescending disrespect. They will never acknowledge you, never say hello and never give you a kind smile! I am appalled that they are still in business!

According to his office manager, the average age of his patients is 70. Because so many of these patients are elderly I feel it's my duty to report my experience there. I cannot recommend Dr. Milioto. The treatment I received there did not appear to be tailored to my individual needs. Questions about my treatment were not welcomed. On more than one occasion another chiropractor I asked a question of went on the defensive and started shouting at me. That was not just unprofessional. That was rude. I originally signed on to a program of 11 weeks of twice-a-week visits for a total of 22 treatments. I signed on to this program only because Dr. Milioto told me that the treatment would free me of pain in my lower back. When at the end of the program I was still experiencing pain he once again assured me that if I continued the therapy I would be able to stand and walk pain free. This did not happen. I completed a total of 44 visits over a period of six months. My pain level is the same as it was when I began the treatment. I'm out a lot of money, but that isn't as important to me as letting others know that Dr. Milioto's claim that he would make me pain free was unconscionable and just plain wrong. Milioto makes false promises.
