They both had recommendations on hair care but didn't push for product purchase on site. This is how you know they are genuinely concerned about your hair health. The salon is also superbly decorated - very warm and welcoming. The price is also very reasonable - the cheapest I've been charged for hair coloring services. I highly recommend LA Estetica for all your hair needs!

Unfortunately he left Stay Faded. Now, the other day I walked in hoping someone could help out on short notice. There I found the owner of the establishment sitting at the front on his phone. He told me it was appointment only and would not take me in. Fair enough that it's appointment only, but considering that he wasn't busy, he could have helped me out. Update: Thank you Carlos for reaching out. While I understand that you schedule on the hour, you are entitled to breaks and you want to provide an exceptional experience to your clients, I must point out the flaw in your response. According to Yelp, you open at 10:00 a.m. -- I walked in at approximately 10:15 a.m. So either you finished your first appointment in less than 15 minutes or your 10am didn't show (assuming you had an appointment at that hour). But, then again, you are the co-owner. You can make up your own schedule and take your 15 minute break upon starting a shift if you like. I thank you again for reaching out and inviting me to return. But, I have already found a new barber elsewhere that despite being closed when I arrived, immediately returned and reopened his shop when I called. Why did he do that? To build clientele and establish himself. I definitely will be scheduling appointments with him in the future. Carlos, I wish you the best in your business endeavors. Take care.

Then she claims the bleach can be left in for whatever time, that the hair is fine, which is a complete lie. The dye was supposed to be a blue ish tint at the hair's ends but looked more green. Very disappointed for the price and the lies. Patty used about one and a half tubes of that blue hair dye but exaggerated and said three, in trying to justify the price. It doesn't make sense to me, how another adult with hair twice as long as my kids, got a full bleach with highlights for the same price. Feeling scammed.
