I called at 11:40 am letting them know that we might be about 5-10 min late since we're driving 35 min to get there. Zach said "no problem at all!". We arrived at 12:05 pm and were told that their water has been contaminated and that they can not provide any services. I understand that it's not their fault and it is what it is. However, it's upsetting that when I called I was not told that and that I drove from Black Forest all the way to the other side of Colorado Springs. Also, they promised me to call me back as soon as it's back up. I made sure they had my phone number and here we are 3 days later and still no call back. As I was paying, my outer lashes were already drooping (which means the extension was too heavy for those lashes). I was handed a lash brush and told to just keep brushing them up. Along with the drooping lashes was a pea size ball of glue, on both eyes, which made for a tight uncomfortable ball of lashes. By Friday I had to make an appointment with a lash expert to have this set removed as they were a total disaster and have the hybrid set I originally wanted put on correctly. Eye Candy was contacted and told that I had a problem with first set of lashes and that I had them replaced by someone else, paying full rates both times. Eye Candy offered to fix their lash mess but refused to give me a $190.00 refund. I just didn't see the point of letting them 'fix' their mess when they didn't do it right the first time.
