"Like yass let's get you on the books, what times work for you". Then I brought up the I combed out of my locks thing and vibes changed hard. He then said we are very busy due to Thanksgiving. I will talk to my stylist to see if anybody wants to work on you and they will give you a call back.. needless to say no one called me back. Once I realized nobody was calling me back. I called another very popular salon in the Springs where they got me in and fixed up with in three days. My recommendation is to look at their Instagram and if you do not look like their Instagram pictures schedule somewhere else. I'm bummed out I didn't fit their clientele. But they do so well they don't need me anyway.

And that is exactly what she did. I have very difficult hair to work with. My hair does not take well to natural oils. They do the exact opposite of what they should do to my hair. It becomes frizzy and dry. I have curly thick hair. My curly change everyday depending on the cut and how I style my hair that day. So my hair can be very confusing at times. Most salons just chop off my hair and cut it like I'm some type of poodle that won't notice if the mess up my hair. And beleive me I will notice. I was very scared to go to a new salon for the first time but I am very happy I did. She cut all the weight out the bottom back without removing alot of length and threugh layers in my bangs for movement. My hair is perfect and light and flowy now. Before it was awful I could work with it but I would make me over heat and the top of my head would become matted very easily. My bangs would fuse with my mid layerd everyone assumes I was African american. That is fine. But I am not. I am a latina with very different hair. She reported my google review 1 Star, which I had left empty. I didn't go Into the nitty gritty of how things went down because it was a very unique situation that hurt me to the point of being done. I had seen her from the time she had a booth at Francisco's Salon and followed her to her opening her own salon. I am sure maybe things have changed but I will just never find out but maybe not as "I don't have record of ever seeing you in my database" go back to 2015 and my maiden name and you'll see I was a loyal and happy customer. I do not discredit her for her great colorist skills (I haven't been able to find anyone else with her talent, that's where the 3 stars will come from) but what she excelled in her skills (IMO) she lacks in professionalism in owning her mistakes and correcting them or trying to make it right. Instead she blames the customer. It'd be awesome If she could accept she has/had a weaknesses and taking ownership in those mistakes. I wish her all the best but after I believe 7 years old hair loyalty she was not right for me (was for my hair but not for me).
