I've never had a failure like that from quite literally the most basic service a nail salon can offer. I was the only customer there as well. You would be better off saving your money and doing it yourself (my own have lasted longer) or going to literally a mall kiosk for a better manicure. I went in for a pedicure, which was fine, so I returned for a basic manicure with gel polish. Within 12 hours, the polish completely lifted from three separate nails. It didn't chip or wear down. it came off completely intact in one piece. I went back for a touch-up, and they actually questioned whether I had really been there less than 12 hours earlier. They eventually fixed the three nails for free. Unfortunately, within 6 hours of the repair, the polish on two more separate nails completely lifted off in one piece. At this point, 5 out of 10 nails have had the polish completely come off within 24 hours. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a $35 basic gel manicure to last longer than a few hours, especially when the polish is lifting completely intact rather than chipping from normal wear. I'm disappointed that I'll have to make a THIRD trip to address the same issue.

I informed her that the nails tips were put on crooked and acrylic was still there yet, she assured me it was the way my fingers were bent . I should have known better when she was having so much trouble just gluing them on. Live and you learn and I learned I will never be going there again! I'm just glad I didn't let them talk me into having lip fillers I can only imagine what I would look like today.
