I'm late.. a few weeks late on my review! Where do I begin.. Shauna is awesome.. knows her stuff, and a great colorist. She listens to you, consults you and won't mess up! She fixed a coloring I was not happy with, and we've set goals on what else we want to do with my hair. I get bored and I feel safe and great in her hands. Shauna is likely the most knowledgeable stylist I've encountered; she consults with me on what MY desires are for my hair and discusses what will work best to achieve those desires with my particular hair. She teaches as she styles, so that I can get the best results when at home. One of the things I love about her the most is that she remembers.... every time I go in (and it doesn't matter if it's every few months or 6 months) she remembers my hair and it's specific quirks and needs.
