One of my best, if not, my best wedding vendor!! (and that's a huge thing because I had some…read moreamazing vendors!) She took awesome pictures and we got the disks back very quickly! She captured every picture we could possibly want plus more...they really told the story of the day. We will continue to use Marci for any photography we need as well as continue to recommend her to everyone!! I am beyond thrilled!

Marci is SO amazing! She photographed my sister's wedding a few years ago, and we knew we needed…read moreher at our wedding, too! She is so much fun to work with, and knows so much about weddings in general, that she is not only an amazing photographer and artist, but also a fantastic resource! She took so many pictures and had so many amazing and creative ideas on the fly, as well as just being fun! After she packed up for the night, she joined us on the dance floor for a dance which was just so fun, too! We got our pictures less than a week after the wedding, which is an amazing turnaround, and they look wonderful! We also really liked that we own the photos, and can do whatever we want with them, just need to give Marci credit, which she totally deserves! We especially loved that we didn't just get photos of us and our party, but she got at least a couple pictures (and good ones) of every single guest. Marci is an amazing photographer and person and we are so happy to have had her there for our special day! She truly captured the spirit of the day, and we will have so many wonderful memories that we can look back on with joy for years to come because of her talent! Thanks so much for helping make our wedding memorable, Marci!

Wish we would have researched more before going with digital paradise. There is a reason the prices…read moreare so low. Ray offered to drop our price even more if we paid in full, luckily we didn't do it. He sent my fiancé a text one day saying he would refund our money if we took our review down (we never wrote a review) and that he was sorry he didn't tell us his real name. Come to find out his real name is Roy Parks. Google him and you will find he has scammed many people and has numerous court judgements against him. He promised to give most of our refund back by Christmas. We haven't seen any of that money and I can't even get a hold of him. The number he gave us is disconnected, I tried another number I found online, left messages, emails, etc. I'm sure we won't get our money back but hopefully I can save someone from the headache we are dealing with. Don't just take my word for it, look him up on ripoff report and elsewhere. He finally responded to me over two weeks later, after he saw a review I wrote on another site. He actually threatened to sue me for writing a bad review. Unfortunately I am going to have to go to court to get our money back. I have texts of him agreeing to give us back $275. It has been a nightmare dealing with Roy/Ray. Going through all of this sucks but at least we found out about him in time to book a real photographer for our wedding.

This business is hardly worthy of any stars for a review…read more My fiancé and I are planning a very low budget wedding, as that is what we can afford. There will be no extras, just the enjoyment of having our friends and family there to share our special day. When I received an email from Melissa Murphy on behalf of Digital Photography regarding specials on wedding photography, I was pumped. We are to the point where we have to consider just having guests take our pictures, as hiring a professional like we originally planned is not in the cards. Digital Photography boasted "Save $1,000 on wedding photography / hd videos" if you reserve on or before Black Friday on November 29th. All day photography and hd video package only $895. They also advertised their other packages as being quite affordable. The basic Silver package (1 photographer, 4 hrs/2 locations, edited images on DVD, rights to print forever, online viewing 60 days, 5 (8x10) + 10 (5x7) prints) for only $275 after discount! Even the Gold package (the next one up) for 8 hrs/3 locations was only $550! I was overjoyed, and couldn't wait to find out more about the business, it's gallery, and basic personality of the photographer. We could maybe have a photographer after all! At a price that we might actually be able to squeeze in for a mere $275! To my dismay, I called and received a cocky, rude gentleman at the other end of the phone. I asked if it would be possible to find out if our wedding date was still available before we started researching Digital Paradise as a possible vendor. He asked my name and wedding date, then proceeded to ask me which package I wanted. I explained I had received an email detailing the wonderful pricing I was excited about. I mentioned the I liked the idea of the $895 photography and hd video package but I felt like we for sure would love the basic Silver package for $275 as I was pretty sure we could work out a budget for that. I wasn't sure if we could do the $895 price. He proceeded to tell me that he would NOT be interested in booking that package for that day, it is a prime date and "chuckling" tells me, "that's just not a lot of money." He says it's a lot of work, he's the one that does all the work, he has people calling about booking the Gold and Platinum packages for $1400. So he will not be interested in booking my date at a price that I can afford, as he laughed and talked down to me. He says he books 1 wedding a week, and he will not book mine on a prime weekend to only get $275. Digital Paradise: Why do you advertise great deals for wedding photography that you will not fulfill when inquired upon? Why do you talk to potential customers with arrogance and disrespect? Why did you tell a potential customer that you are not interested in booking her wedding date because the price that YOU chose is not enough money for you to spend your time working on? Why do you talk to me like you know me? You do not know me, my economic situation, nor do you know my personal situation. I can't believe I was excited to believe that I may be able to afford photography to complete my dream wedding, only to be brushed aside like a speck of dirt. I'm sorry I am not able to afford a PLATINUM package, I am sorry that I called to inquire and perhaps book a wedding package promotion that YOU advertised, and most of all I am sorry that I even called to give you a chance. I will take my business elsewhere, and so will everyone else I speak with as I help them plan their special day. Photographers should be excited to document something for their clients, not laugh and push them aside, declining their inquiry about booking because it is too much work and not enough money. Basically, I wasn't worth your time.
