I was told no one would be able to come until possibly Friday , but Megan said she would note it as "urgent" or "critical". Kevin Newcomer-Medical Equipment Technician, called me less than 30mins later and said he could come by in 15mins . He was here with a new motor in hand ready to resolve the problem. I know for a fact that they have overcharged my insurance on many occasions. I've also been in the retail store in Lima and overheard the staff making rude comments about other clients. Now that we are self pay and not required to use Dasco by our insurance we will be moving on. Total disappointment! They don't even deserve a single star review.

First let me explain that the reason I am here is that I am recovering from spine surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and am here for about two weeks of rehabilitation. The room, facilities, and food are all excellent. What makes this place great though is the people who work here. Every interaction with staff is very caring, professional, friendly, and supportive of my every need. I'm convinced that everyone here cares about me, and all the things I want and need.
