He called less than a week later, came by, said he could pour the next day if we were ready. We were. He said he and his guys would be there at 9 am, frame it, pour it and be back Thursday (the next day) to cut it. I reminded him of our contractor problems. He guaranteed me he would break that cycle. He arrived at 9 am on the dot. They did everything they said they would do. By 815 the next morning they already had it cut, swept, backfilled, equipment loaded and were ready to leave. I had talked to many contractors and Promax came in and gave me great ideas on the best strategy for the new windows and the price was great too.
