Melissa Diaz with Stunningly Staged Homes is as professional and talented as they come! My husband and I wanted to remodel our kitchen which was basic brown from when the house was built in 2005. My neighbor referred us to Melissa. I could tell instantly, from our initial meeting, that she had the creative style we needed for a remodel. Melissa is not only extremely engaging to work with but also has a keen understanding of the look we were trying to achieve. She demands quality from her contractors, they have been working with her for years and have strong relationship(s). We knew step by step how the project would unfold, she kept in close contact throughout the timetable. I knew without a doubt that our kitchen would turn out beautifully. After the demolition period, the work took off --- kept the cabinets, but changed the paint to white; expanded the island by 25% and painted a lovely rich grey contrast to the white cabinetry; installed smart-home lighting & switches -- all Alexa based, our grey flagstone backsplash is seamless - meaning the outlets & switches are all hidden under the cabinets; the quartz countertops are truly beautiful; all appliances are updated; and the final touch was a gorgeous 64 bottle birch wine closet. As part of the project, we ordered new kitchen furniture and chandelier which completed the remodel. I highly recommend Stunningly Staged Homes. Melissa loves her work and it shows! read more

My company recently converted eight apartment units to condominiums and had to sell them fast. After we had our Realtor put them in the MLS they recommended Stunningly Staged Homes to do our staging saying it would greatly enhance our capacity to show and present the real value of the homes to prospective new buyers. So we did stage one unit and the response was just beyond our expectations. Melissa the owner personally came out to visit the site and make sure all the angels were covered and did the design and arrangement of all the furniture and accompanying art décor. She did a fantastic job with it and we received many positive feedbacks from not only other brokers but from prospective buyers. Well they say the proof is in the pudding. Well guess what? We sold seven of the eight units within a span of two months!! We highly attribute this to the fact of the excellent marketing campaign which included the Stunningly Staged Homes by Melissa's company. We highly recommend her services. Thank you read more

My experience with Stunningly Stages Homes by Melissa was Magical. She came to my house in Stevenson Ranch to review the space, the color and she knew exactly how to make it work. In couple days of doing her magic, she was able to emphasize the beautiful character my house had. It was perfect. All the details worked perfectly in each space made the house look so much brighter and trendier. My house looked like 5 star hotel or much better than those houses shown on HGTV shows. She definitely did her magic. I loved it so much, I didn't want to sell the house anymore. The same weekend, we had an open house...and just like that we got an offer. If you are selling your house and want the full value, you should really consider staging the house with Stunningly Staged Homes by Melissa. read more

My husband and I are extremely happy with Stunningly Staged Homes for our recent home sale. Melissa was recommended to us from a realtor that was helping us purchase our new construction dream home. The activity on the home we were selling was very low for 2 months. Once Melissa came and worked her magic, we had an offer and a possible back up offer in 1 week. Melissa is prompt, hard working, and a real pleasure to work with. Melissa knows what she is doing and can help you bring your dreams to a reality. Our house looked amazing and we received so many compliments from potential buyers. We highly recommend to anyone selling a house to use Stunningly Staged home! Thank you Melissa!! read more

Melissa and her team did an outstanding job staging my home. It is tough for some buyers to see themselves in your home because they see your furniture and how you decorated the home. To help them see the potential you need to depersonalize your home. For some, that is simply removing pictures, taking out old furniture, etc., but it still reflects your personal touch. Nothing wrong with that but removing everything and having your home staged is like seeing a model home. It is not you but it gives buyers ideas. That is what Melissa's staging did for my home and I know it helped sell my house. Thank you Melissa and team. read more

Melissa has been my stager on several listings now and she has always done a fantastic job. She is speedy in her communication and is extremely respectful of her clients. When a property needs some help, she has a wonderful way of delivering feedback in a positive and inoffensive way that helps the client understand her vision, a vision that has always achieved results by maximizing a property's showing potential. She also has a team of movers that are available to assist the client when things need to be moved - this is greatly appreciated! Will definitely be sticking with her. read more

Melissa at SSH did an amazing job staging my huge Westridge home to get it ready to sell. We were impressed with everything that she did to take it from a darker man-cave kind of house to something that was brighter and refreshing. Apparently the buyers liked it too, because it sold in 6 days for an almost full price cash offer with a 14 day closing. We are so happy and definitely recommend Stunningly Staged Homes to anyone looking for a great staging company!! Mitch & Ann read more

We used Stunningly Staged to help stage our townhouse for sale after we had it listed vacant but weren't getting traffic as we would've liked. Once staged, it made a tremendous difference on showings and feedback from potential buyers. We are confident that a new buyer will be able to visualize living there and hopeful for a more speedy sale from this point going forward. read more
