Whether it's the hottest trending brands, or the newest, latest products, or even brand names that are "hidden gems" you've never seen or heard of before. Everything is always fully stocked & ready to go. However, IF, in the rare case they don't have what you're looking for, they will go above & beyond to offer a surplus of remedies by either ordering it for you, having it brought there from another location, or recommending a substitute that replicates what you were originally looking for, and then some. They have amazing customer service from people who are extraordinary human beings. So much so that 'Polite & helpfull' is a massive understatement. Those dreaded awkward interactions that everyone hates simply don't exist in this store with these employees! Employees that I've become friends with over the many years I've been a customer, especially Danny in particular, whom will go well out of his way for any customer. Danny is a truly kind hearted, selfless man and is without question one of the absolute greats in the industry.
