No cake. No bridal shoes/accessories. Timing was so poorly planned that the photographers in my group were literally elbowing each other out of the way trying to get a shot, in shitty lighting with no opportunity to take individual images with models. The venue & gown designer used for the shoot don't permit tagging on social media so how are we supposed to network?! What the hell was inspiring about this editorial?! NOTHING. What a total waste of my time and money.

We hired Lo for our wedding. During our first meeting, she was responsive and seemed to understand…read moreexactly what we wanted. However, once we paid the deposit, communication became difficult--it often took weeks to get a reply. On the wedding day, we had to keep reminding her to take more photos after the ceremony, and I'm glad we did, because we later realized how few key moments were captured. We have limited photos of our ceremony- only 3/6 of the wedding party going down the aisle, not many close ups during the ceremony, no dip kiss at the end of the aisle, or hugging our parents when we meet at the altar--some of the most emotional parts of the day. And the shots we do have...are not what we expected. After the wedding, we reached out to ask if there were more photos, but again waited weeks for a response. While I do love her editorial style, she missed many once-in-a-lifetime moments that we'll never be able to relive. Writing this review is hard, because every time I think about the lack of photos, I still get emotional. I truly hope this helps other brides avoid the same mistake. Had the absolute worst experience in the world with Lo from South of Indigo. I hired Lo as my…read morephotographer for my wedding and have not received the services that I paid for in full. Her camera was stolen along with her backup and the hard-drives with all my wedding photographs. She failed to synced any of the photos, and now my wedding pictures are gone forever. She took no accountability for her actions and was the most unprofessional vendor I have ever worked with. She did not offer any type of refund or reshoot. She single handedly ruined my wedding and I don't wish that to happen to anyone else. Save yourself the money and disappointment and hire someone else!
