I love Victoria, she was very helpful n and easy to talk with a great personality, I'm done with my treatment , I'll miss her

Dr. Kolarov is very kind and efficient at her job. Her staff provided great service. they are all very friendly and accommodating.

I reluctantly write this review, but I have been pushed too far and feel I have no choice but to…read morelet others know about my experience. I have used LH for a various number of services and have spent thousands of dollars with them. The last appointment I went in for was Brazilian laser hair removal. I had previously gone to them for laser hair removal from the waist down without any issue - unfortunately, they let my previous technician go, and I was scheduled with a new APN named Madison who had less than 1-year of experience. I like to think I have a high pain tolerance, but this treatment was so unbearable I was flinching so hard my back was coming up off the table, and I was in an extreme amount of pain that the APN ignored. The APN also increased the power of the laser even though I had not been coming in frequently enough to warrant an increase. By the next day I had multiple open burn wounds in an EXTREMELY private area, to the point where I could not wear anything but sweatpants. I called the next day to see what I should do, and the manager Bri told me I needed to email in photos to her of my labia (WHAT?!) and when I told her I didn't feel comfortable emailing photos, she made innuendos of me lying and needing to prove to them if I was going to say their spa burned me. I eventually got on the phone with Megan an APN, and told her I would drive right there to show her, she said it was unnecessary and to wait until a few days later. She then helped me to get burn cream (Biafine). They then wanted me to come in a 3rd time to show the APN who performed the treatment, Madison, photos to prove the burns - she simply looked at the photos of my labia and said "Yes, that is indeed a burn" and her focus was making attempts at finding out if I would be using them for further treatments instead of caring about what I was going through. She never said I needed to physically show the burn instead of photos. At this point, I have had to take off from work, put the Biafine cream on every hour for over a week, taken time out of my day to drive there and visit 3 times, and still nobody offered any sort of refund/partial refund. I proceeded to call them again to relay how unfair I believe I have been treated to give them a chance to make it right and preserve the relationship, and the manager Brianna told me the owner of the spa would only offer to give me another complimentary Brazilian laser hair removal treatment. How does that seem fair?! To put me through another treatment with an APN that had already been responsible for giving me multiple 2nd degree burns and an ineffective laser treatment. As the customer whose body was damaged, I should be the one to choose what I would be comfortable to use a credit from them on. Beyond that, I have NEVER spoken to someone as rude and unempathetic as the manager Brianna. The fact that they keep someone on staff at a medical spa that speaks to their customers with such attitude is a decision I cannot understand. Regarding my healing, I am hoping there is no loss in color pigmentation or scarring, and I am praying I heal properly from this awful experience. If at any point someone simply apologized and refunded me, I would have been understanding and tried to work with them so I could continue to use them for less invasive treatments or use a more experienced APN, however this whole experience has been extremely scary and majorly insulting. I have done EVERYTHING they asked of me and still, they refuse to care. I will no longer be able to go to them for any services, as I can't knowingly continue to visit a spa that would confidently stand by a treatment and APN that left their customer paying for 2nd degree burns. We should be able to trust the estheticians and nurses to take care of us and our bodies, to trust them to tell the truth about what has happened, and now I unfortunately know we can NOT trust LH Spa to take care of us the way a high-end medical spa should. PLEASE beware, and only use experienced technicians and a spa that cares about the pain and trauma they could potentially cause their customers.
