I cannot thank Danielle enough...she truly made me feel beautiful on my wedding day!!! A week before the wedding, Danielle did my eye lash extensions and a few days before the wedding, my bridesmaids also had their lashes done (by Danielle and Dani). The studio is so fun and laid back...the two hours just flew by. It was such a fun experience watching all of my bridesmaids' reactions to their new lashes. I already have fairly long lashes so extensions were something that I didn't think I needed. I WAS SO WRONG!!! Not only did I not have to worry about running mascara on the big day, but I woke up everyday feeling pretty and more put together (and they lasted long after the honeymoon!). ALL of my bridesmaids were absolutely ecstatic with the outcome of their lashes. A few of the girls had very light eyelashes or extremely short lashes, and the final product was stunning: darker, longer lashes that looked absolutely real and felt comfortable and natural. Danielle also gave me an intraceuticals treatment which was extremely relaxing right before the big day! I have acne that flares up (particularly around stressful times) and I truly believe that treatment saved my skin (and my wedding day pictures!) My skin truly glowed for days after the treatment. I've been going to see Kelly for facials for a few months now. I've gotten facials before at other places; high-end spas and other salons, but Kelly gives hands down the best facial i've ever experienced. My skin always feels and looks so amazing, and her touch is so relaxing. I have my own regular line of skin care products that I use and never once has she tried to sell me anything, which I appreciate greatly. They've got a complete line of products available at the studio, maybe someday i will try them, but it's nice to not be sold them when I'm there for a facial. _And_ she tops off her facials with a mini-berry smoothy at the end, absolute BLISS!!! I went to Studio Lash when my regular lash stylist was on vacation. Sheryl, Jr Lash Technician was right on time and ran in to an unexpected struggle removing my old lashes. As she was not able to finish the fill to my satisfaction Kelly, a certified Lash Technician hopped in and offered an appt at 9am the next day. She did a great job evening out my lashes. And when I went to pay I was informed that there was no charge. Great service - the lashes look very natural and beautiful. Only down side is that as you can imagine, they are busy and you have to book several weeks in advance if, like me, you can only come in on Saturdays. Earliest weekday appt is 10am which is tough on working folks. Prices are VERY reasonable. Would definitely recommend. read more

If you're looking to get your eyebrows microbladed, Danielle is an amazing, professional, talented artist. I'd been wanting to get my brows done for a few years, since I had thinner brows, with long almost curly hairs and several bald spots. I'm not good at shaping them with makeup myself so I knew microblading was meant for me even though I was a little nervous about it. So, my husband got me a gift card for Christmas a year and a half ago (I know, I should have written this review last year). Before getting them done, I was concerned I might be allergic to the metals in the pigment since I am severely allergic to nickel, so she was kind enough to do a patch test behind me ear and allow it to heal before my initial appointment. No allergic reaction, so we were good to go. She's so nice to put up with my worries. So when I first got my brows done Winter of 2018, Danielle listened to my vision and started with a subtle look. We started we microblading, and no shading at my first appointment and she used the perfect color shade. After my touch up last year, my brows faded quite a bit but Danielle ensured me she knows how to get the color to stay. They still looked amazing compared to my natural brows. Brows should last 12-18 months after the initial appointment from my understanding, then another touch up is usually necessary. So in the Fall of 2018 we touched them up again. She knows I like them subtle and not too bold so she really took her time trying to find that perfect balance so they color and strokes would stay. She ensured me that she'd get them perfect no matter what, and by January 2019 we achieved the goal. I had to do a bit of microshading combined with the blading, which I was scared to do, but thanks to her patients, confidence and talent, they've healed perfectly. I went to get my eyelashes with Marissa and I had a wonderful experience. I requested a more natural look, not too dramatic and she did just that. She was very sweet and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I'll definitely be returning for refills!!! Love waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror seeing a more awake me. Unfortunately, I had miserable experiences after my initial visit... I went on a friends referral basis for eyelash extensions. I saw Danielle, the owner (finally after SHE re-scheduled) for the first time, she was very nice, kind and excited that i was a new customer to getting extensions... Mind you the extensions were amazingly done... Then I made another appointment... She again cancelled and had me re-schedule. Thinking she would do everything to accomodate me as she was the one who cancelled; she brutally told me she wasn't available and she wasn't going to work with me as far as when i was able to get my "fill" done and if I wanted her specifically to do the fill, i would have to wait a month (when she had an opening). I work full-time as well as have two children. It's not as easy to get to my appointments and keep them myself; but I do not inconvenience anybody by cancelling/re-scheduling at the last minute. Danielle referred me to another employee; which i will keep her name confidential. This other employee did great work as well. Pleasantly surprised, I then booked another appointment with this "other" employee for my fill. Again, everything seemed nicely done until 3 days later when my eyelashes started to fall out... i waited another couple days to see if this would continue and it did. When i called to tell the owner, Danielle, she acted like she could care less and stated to talk with the employee who filled my lashes. When i called this employee and advised her what was happening; she said i wasn't the first one at that time to have complained and she received several calls about lashes falling out and she believed the glue was old or a bad batch... She supposively talked with Danielle and per Danielles' direction said I could come in for a fill but would have to pay half of the normal fill price... Are you kidding me??? After much struggle and back and forth, I finally got the shop to agree to do my fill for free; however, i would not have the full time as a normal fill, but only half. I called and talked with Danielle, and she acted like she could care less... and I was just another #... After i got my free "half the time fill" I never returned...Come to find out another friend who had also started to go got an eye infection after getting her lashes done... This service is not cheap and to be treated worse than my "big bank" in a local "shop" is very sad... read more

Where to even begin with what was supposed to be a treat and relaxing venture. Last month my sister raved about this place and surprised me with a gift card for my birthday, I was ecstatic when I got my email notification with the message and soon enough called to book an appointment. Given that the gift card was purchased for the Agoura Hills location (I live in L.A.) I called to book an appointment there, but was told by the (then) receptionist that the location had closed and that I could get the service done at the Ventura locale. The receptionist then went on about booking an appointment with a junior tech since Danielle was booked (no surprise, right), and verified my gift card (even recalling my sister's name). I arrived to Studio Lash an hour before my appointment (again, I drove from L.A.) and was told that I could be seen earlier... GREAT! So far so good... Halfway through the process my left eye started to bother me, a burning sensation, which the tech addressed and made it tolerable to finish. Two hours or so later my lashes were completely transformed to beautiful full lashes, Candice did an amazing job. Here's where things begin to turn for the worse... I inform the receptionist (who was AMAZING considering the situation I'm about to embark on) that I'm going to use my gift card to pay. Great, piece of cake right? WRONG! It took almost another 2 HOURS for me to finally "pay" because the gift card I had received (and was e-mailed from Studio Lash) could not be found. WHAT?! The receptionist (who's name I forgot to ask, my apologies) tried every which way to try and validate my gift card but was simply not able to (not her fault). After making all attempts she called Danielle, who's simple solution was to have her charge me and send me on my way, so long as I was no longer there "wasting time." EXCUSE ME? What sort of business are you running where you completely ignore customer service and validity of an already PAID service? I was appalled that this was even her solution to the predicament that could have been resolved had the previous receptionist (and business owner) avoided in the process of closing the Agoura Hills location, since apparently this was the issue. But before the resolve, and a call to Tech Support, Danielle's second solution was to subtract the amount for services rendered and credit my sister back the rest of the amount on the gift card. Not the best solution, but at least the gift card would be valid and my sister would get the remaining balance back. Ready to get back home, I agreed to the proposed solution and asked the receptionist for a receipt or something stating such arrangement but no sooner had I agreed, when the receptionist tells me that Danielle had asked her to call back Tech Support and have them transfer the gift card over to the Ventura shop (or system). WHAT? Why couldn't this have been the first solution offered? The receptionist was amazing, she handled the situation to the best of her ability and apologized for something completely out of her control and reach of resolve. She told me I would once again receive an email with the updated gift card... I'm hopeful it will arrive by Friday. Nothing yet. Not even a call from Danielle to apologize for the situation. Now, back to my lashes... that burning sensation led me to the ophthalmologist today. It seems that burning caused some damage and I'm now putting two different types of drops on my eye. This would have been a five star review because my lashes do look amazing but the fiasco I had to deal with and endure, in addition to the ophthalmologist visit, have left me bereft. I wasn't even asked when/if I wanted to book an "upkeep" appointment... I think the receptionist was just as overwhelmed as I was. read more
