We got John to do an addition for an existing building to turn it into a house. I had specific…read moreneeds in that I wanted a ground floor master and as few of steps as possible and to be able to live on one level even though the house was going to be two levels. I must say that his design is working so well. He managed to work with our contractor (Diamond Construction) and we got a lovely functional home that everyone is impressed with as soon as they walk in. You don't even realize it is an addition. John has quite strong ideas about flow and how the house should function. We did have our own ideas (of course) but in the end we used most of his and they worked out great. In the actual build, things got modified for how structure was, things that can't be predicted and it all came out seamless. Very happy with John and the new house.
