The price as originally intended for the 3 bedrooms and stairs with all the add ons they recommended was over $500 - which was a bit pricey for me - since my room and the stairs werent really that bad I asked for an estimate on only the girls rooms. They came back with $225 plus about another $200 in add on's I told them the basic cleaning would be ok for now I was told to call and make an appointment. When I called Joann answered and told me "We don't do that and can't help you" and I asked her what don't you do clean carpets ?- she said she isn't going to go into detail but they don't do that --- I am still scratching my head as to what she meant- either they don't clean carpets or they won't clean mine because I didn't want to pay for the additional services or if they refused to honor the estimate they gave me (which is essentially what they did by turning away my business) I did call Stanley steamer who, with all the bells and whistles with all 3 rooms and the carpet was still under $500 and they were great

During the cleaning, the crew broke my television and a utensil crock, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning itself was careless and unprofessional. Wall pictures were left crooked, the attic light was left on, and the liner from my bath mat was thrown away without asking. The most alarming and unacceptable issue was that the crew left my front door wide open when they left the house. It remained open for hours until my daughter came home from work and discovered it. This is an extremely serious safety issue that never should have happened. When I contacted the owner to discuss these problems, instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were condescending and dismissive. There was no accountability for the broken items, the careless work, or the security risk created by leaving my home open. I had reached out for help during a very vulnerable time -- after multiple deaths in the family, losing our senior dogs, recovering from a chronic illness, and managing renovations on a second home while my primary home had been neglected. I trusted this company to help bring some relief during an already overwhelming period. Instead, the experience added more stress and frustration.
