Having found a group of VHS tapes in the garage I decided it was time to put them on disc…read more I did an online search and found familyography. Prices seemed fair do decided to try them out. Upon arrival the place looks like a mom and pop small business. Nothing special about the ambience just equipment and one staff person. The line up of materials on the counter told me they were busy but when I was told it would be a few weeks till my vhs to disc transfers were done I was disappointed. As I had hoped to have them back by Mother's Day. I was asked what I would like as the titles of the discs and was asked for a $30 deposit and went on my way. Follow up came at almost the 3 week mark. Pick up tines were recommended, not sure if they keep consistent hours so always ask or call ahead. I had my husband drop off another tape upon pick up and that one turned around in about a week so I suspect it is all volume driven, again call ahead and ask if you are in a rush. All in all happy with my service, would use them again.

I cannot say enough about this place: From the start of my search I felt at ease and the Owners…read morewere amazing. I read the reviews on here from before and what I saw was totally different. I even asked about the kids policy and was told that does not exist, unfortunately the clients ask for things and tell their guests and all they can do is make the Bride/Groom wishes happen and sometimes they get the sword for that which makes total sense. Anything I asked for they made happen. I even asked for them to get every out out because we wanted to do a last dance all alone and she made it happen. From the Prospective of someone who is in the industry, and as a Stressed out bride I don't know if I could have done it without Jessica, Her sister and her daughter. Now for the Food? Amazing. Everything was seasoned and the guests raved its the best they ever had. The customization was top tier. This place is a hidden gem and trust me go for it you wont be disappointed. The prices are extremely fair and the service is more than I expected. Thank you guys for such an amazing process. I hope I get to see you and eat some of that Pulled Pork again!

There is really only one word to describe these guys, amazing! We would 100% hire them again (and…read moreagain and again). Do yourself a favor and hire them. Let me add the caveat that we do not know the band personally so this isn't a review from someone's family member. We learned about them when looking at bands online. Here are some specifics. The Cleveland Keys: * Showed up several hours early to get set up to make sure there weren't issues (helpful on stressful wedding days) * Were friendly, courteous, etc the whole time * Got a whole group of older guests (70+) onto the dance floor (no easy feat) * Took open requests for songs - this is pretty amazing as how many bands can play anything * Allowed several drunken guests to attempt to sing (and helped them along with vocals) * Gladly let a guest play guitar with them (the guest was good at guitar but still most bands would be annoyed having a guest join in) We requested a song they didn't know and they learned it on their break and played it after - it sounded great. We didn't hear anything but positive comments from guests. What more can you ask for. On a scale of 1 to 10 these guys were an 11. Hire them.
