This was my first tattoo that I got back in March 2022, I was nervous to have it done but after communicating with the owner over email I felt more comfortable. The owner, Derek, assured me that they do fine-line tattoos and that the image I sent over would be fine. I went in for my appointment, thinking my tattoo artist would be Derek, when it was in fact Ricky. Once decided on the placement of the tattoo, I was happy with the way the stencil looked so we proceeded. Ricky was friendly and professional, but unfortunately too heavy-handed and it resulted in a blown-out tattoo complete with scar tissue. He offered to make modifications, but I was traumatized I couldn't fathom going back there and going through the same process all over again. Plus, all the mock-ups to "fix it" were coverups and larger than what I wanted. I am now in the VERY expensive process of getting it removed. I was refunded, but that price doesn't come close to the expense of removal. If you are considering going here, be cautious of who your tattoo artist is.

The front desk was super nice and helped me pick out my jewelry and fill out my forms. Lylia was my piercer and she was incredibly nice and walked me through everything. The actual piercing probably took less than 90 seconds and the whole appointment from door to door was about 20 minutes. She really understood bodies, and their movement. She suggested minor changes here and there but was never pushy. When it came down to her tattooing, she turned on her headlamp, wore a mask and glasses, and locked in. She is extremely dedicated to her craft and having the customer leave satisfied. Whether it's your first or fiftieth tattoo, I HIGHLY recommend Anna. As for the shop itself, it is clean, calm, full of plants, and good music. We were given minimal advice about how to prevent infection. On this particular day two little girls 7 & 8 years old were getting their ears pierced. On a television they were playing a horror movie. Common sense would have told the lone employee that maybe he should turn off the horror movie if the only clients at time were the young kids, but I guess that did not occur to him. At this point I should have pulled my daughter out of there. After my daughters ears were pierced, we were shocked to learn that the two piercing were $150. Fast forward 4 weeks and my daughter needed to be taken to immediate care. She had a bad infection on one side. The doctor explained to me what could have been done better, but it was too late. I called and explained what had happened, and they told me they never give refunds.
