I was going to come in as a new client and wanted a simple haircut but was informed they were not accepting new clients that would require hair washing; they only wash hair for established clients using their own products. This was very odd!! I wondered if I had to wash my own hair and blow dry it at home PRIOR to coming in; after I asked this, she said flatly this would cost me $50; basically feeling like she was shutting me down. Listening to her talk about her protocols, I already knew this was NOT a place I would like to spend money. This is a salon in PCB -- not Vidal Sassoon on the Gold Coast of Chicago!!! Even there, I received better service!!! Ugh....
