Then about two weeks before the wedding, my husband actually suggested that he and I go back for a private lesson! Teresa was very accommodating and helped us out. She even recorded us, sent us a list of good songs to practice with, and gave us tips to work out with the DJ specific to the wedding. I should also add that the studio itself also impressive. It is very clean and well kept. The floors are in great condition and beautiful glass and mirrored walls. I highly recommend Sway Dance Chicago for private and group lessons. She actually embraced the stage and performed/remembered her steps well. The only improvement I would suggest for this school (through a parent's perspective) is to allow credit/debit payments and also automatic payments or even reminders. I've been paying by check and many times I had no idea the payments were due. On the bright side, the classes are much cheaper than other schools.... which I definitely appreciate since my daughter is only 3 and doesn't need to be at a super duper fancy fufu school. lol.
