Instead I keep getting phone calls , emails , blame against me and scars . I went SOMEWHERE ELSE to get my eyebrows repaired and redone and my experience was 1,000,000X better than BROWS BY G . The person who repaired my brows : looked at my skin type , skin tone , underlying skin colour . studied my proportions fully and accurately Made sure I was always comfortable Listened to all my concerns and feelings Was incredibly professional with MANY years of experience. Very sanitary Took into measure how we could fix and work around the hack job brows by G did to me . To this day has been helping me repair my eyebrows . This person Made them exactly how I asked in the first place & I can finally feel proud of my face again . I am forever grateful to them .

I was told they would fade completely in 1-3 years but it's been 3 years and all that happened was the strokes blurred out and turned grey. The ink looks like a solid blob. I feel I was lied to about the permanence of this procedure as it's not semi-permanent. I did a test spot with laser and they turned bright yellow which can't be removed with laser. They charge clients who cancel last minute, but should a lash tech cancel, the person's SOL. I've been doing my part in scheduling regular visits for the upkeep of the lashes. If you can't fulfill these appointments, I shouldn't be expected to pay more for a fill or for a new set because more time has gone by and more lashes have been lost. Being a good business owner/lash tech means knowing how to be savvy, not picking and choosing when you do and don't want to work. Be mindful of your client's time. Without them, you wouldn't have a job.
