The presentation was artful, with the vibrant colors of the dish immediately catching my eye. The salmon was cooked to perfection, its moist and flaky texture complemented by a delicate seasoning that allowed the natural flavors to shine. The accompanying rice was light and fluffy, serving as an ideal bed for the flavorful ratatouille. Bursting with freshness, the ratatouille showcased an array of perfectly cooked vegetables that were vibrant and full of flavor. To accompany my meal, I decided to try the tequila sunrise.
