He was very responsive when listening to what we were hoping to achieve and found an option that fit our budget. We had a few travel and medical schedules that caused a reschedule, but he was very considerate and understanding when we spoke a few weeks ahead of time. He wore a mask for our session and appropriately socially distanced (much appreciated during COVID times with family members of all ages). He travels light, which really speaks to his ability and talent to get incredible shots, both formal and candid. Will heartily and happily recommend him to friends and family.

Romulo spent the day with us and did an incredible job capturing not only the memories of the day but also the emotions. He was with us for all of the important moments of the day, yet never in the way; he captured moments we didn't even realize he was there for. We're so thrilled we have his photos to look back at to remember our day by. We were extremely impressed with how our photos turned out, and could not recommend Romulo more!

His lighthearted energy and playful sense of humor were so welcome on our wedding day. Everyone enjoyed having him around and he even made my mom relax! His photography style is the perfect blend of classic and creative without being too "artsy". He captured the vibe of the day perfectly. Our traditional photos all turned out great but he really shines with the candid shots. Our reception photos are incredible, some of my favorites really. I'm still in disbelief how much ground one guy was able to cover. Choosing a wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions to make and this guy is the best. Thanks again!

When looking for a photographer for our son's senior pictures there was no doubt she was the one to use! She spent time to get to know our son and find out what HE liked. Doing this she was able to capture him perfectly. We had a great time at different locations capturing him. When we got our pictures back we were even more impressed at the work she did. We highly recommend Kim and will be using her again when our daughter gets her senior pictures done.

We were upfront about what we wanted and didn't want, which ensured that we were on the same page from the start. From our first FaceTime session with them, we had the feeling that they shared our vision for our wedding photographs. A week or two before our wedding, we sent them a list of photographs we desired, and they worked with us to recommend an agenda so that we would be able to get all of the pictures in the time we had allotted. The day of the wedding, it was clear that they had actually read through our list and had a plan in their heads. They executed their plan flawlessly. We got through the photos we had on our list in way less time than we had planned for, which allowed us to get additional photographs. They photographed for 8 hours total. We got our photos 2-3 weeks after our wedding, and we were so happy with them! Sarah and Todd captured so many candid moments of us and our guests that we would have missed or forgotten otherwise. Urban Anchor Photography is amazing!

I would highly recommend Piece of Cake Consulting for wedding and event planning! The price is well worth it as Betsy's services provide peace of mind as well as an amazing and beautiful experience!

We just returned from our honeymoon (we left the Monday after the wedding) and one of the first…read morethings we had to do was to review Piece of Cake Consulting and its owner, Betsy. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted, in no small part because of Betsy's hard work. From our first meeting, Betsy really listened to what we wanted in our wedding and inspired confidence that she could make it happen. We both liked Betsy's style - a nice balance of flexibility but also asking good questions about our ideas to make sure we had really thought things through. Betsy took it from ideas to reality. She provided recommendations and references for vendors, but was not pushy about it. She worked well with everyone involved. The week of the wedding, Betsy really took over, confirming (and re-confirming!) all of the details with the venue, vendors, etc. By the time the wedding came, everything was in place and it went so smoothly. (We suspect many things were going on behind the scenes, but Betsy and her assistant took care of everything and we never saw any snags or issues.) Betsy is organized, detail-oriented and can take control when needed, but also super easy to work with and, not unimportantly, she made wedding planning actually low stress and fun! We HIGHLY recommend Piece of Cake.
