I've been working at a computer for 8-10 hours a day, for many years. The first time I saw Emily my issues all practically disappeared. Then of course they came back after a few weeks. This is going to happen if you don't change your habits. I went to see Emily and again my issues were relieved. Emily recommended changes in my posture and yoga poses I could do. She is also a certified yoga teacher! She also was able to explain my issues to me pointing to specific muscles, their connections, specific points of tension and were they arise from, as well as certain psychological and energetic blocks. She helped my get to the root of my problems and to change the underlying causes. I saw her another 2 times about two months apart, and then now I see her every 6-8 months, and my back pain and that tough little ball are gone!
