Well, Tula and Ezra were amazing. Tula came over and gave me a few options - not pressuring me in any direction - and explained EVERYTHING in detail!! She told me what each option meant and how often I would have to come back...When I explained what I was thinking, she recommended the most inexpensive, low-maintenance option and said it would honestly be the best. She *listened* to me!! I did not feel like I was getting overcharged, and felt so comfortable I ended up doing everything that same day! Ezra did a beautiful job with the dye and the color melt and cut, and Tula checked in on every aspect. You can tell these women love what they do and Tula has such pride in her business. My hair looks gorgeous and healthy and I absolutely love it!! It's been a long time since I've been able to say that! I am so happy I finally found "my" salon and look forward to going back! Disappointed. I went there after reading so many reviews about how "great" Chris is. Well maybe his…read moregood with balayage but definitely not with stacking foils to make some achieve a full blonde look. I sat in his chair and ask him to please give me a full head of foils and to make sure he doesn't leave much natural in between. I also asked him to clean out my ends because it's a bit brassy (being a hairdresser myself I know exactly what I want and how to tell someone what I want). He started doing the foils, after the 3rd one I had to tell him again to make sure he stacks them and doesn't leave much natural in between. After coming back from the basin he started to cut my hair, I sat there thinking maybe after he cuts my hair he'll clean out my ends but no he didn't. He started to blow wave my hair I asked him to please put some curls/ waves in my hair. He told me it was too late. No it's not! All you had to do was use a curling tong after blow waving my hair. Or at least ask me how I want my hair styled before styling it. Customer service needs attention too. Anyway I'm not happy. I like my cut but I need to go get more highlights to achieve the look I want!

Tara cuts my hair and I do not trust anyone else to come near my hair with a scissor. She always does an incredible job and recommends great products for my hair as well. All of the other hair stylists are very nice and willing to offer advice. The girls at the register are pretty snobby and uninterested and if you aren't dressed and looking nice you'll get some looks from them. Personally doesn't bother me but I have spoken to other people that get put off by it
