Prior to our event that occurred on 9/6/26 we had great communication with Edvin, the owner. On our wedding day Edvin did not attend our event; another DJ was sent in his place. I was not notified of this change and was unable to speak to the DJ about our expectations prior to our event beginning. As cocktail hour began there was supposed to be a speaker placed outside included in our package, this did not occur and we had no music in the cocktail hour space and people outside were not able to hear any announcements from what was occurring inside the venue. I, the bride, asked her where the speaker was outside and she informed me she did not have a speaker outside. As dinner service began we informed her she could start calling tables. After calling a few tables she began playing on her phone to where no guests were being called for dinner, or in line, and my husband had to notify her to continue calling more tables. While eating dinner break up ballads were being played, "such as dancing on my own". My coordinator informed her that we did not want to listen to sad breakup songs and her response was "that was dinner music". As the reception began the first few songs were not our expected vibe at all. After a couple of 70's cheesy pop wedding songs we went over to her and asked if she had our information about playlists and the vibe we were going for. She stated that she did. Afterwards a few songs were played of our vibe. We had previously sent a 20 song playlist to Edvin for our event, and he requested to know what style we would like. There were probably only 5 songs played from this list. Throughout the night I had to request songs, inform her to skip songs that she had already played multiple times like "Get Low" and other songs of that genre. They did not play the vast majority of country songs we requested and only played neon moon which we did not even request or want played. We also purchased the platinum package from edvin which included two enhancements. The two that we decided on were an extra speaker and a bubble machine for our exit. We received neither of these enhancements and were not offered any other items to replace the enhancement. After our event I reached out to Edvin to hope he was doing okay as he did not attend our event and inform him of the issues that we had. Edvin basically stated sorry but there was not really anything he could do and offered us $50 after I informed him I expected a refund for the enhancements we did not receive. I am concerned that moving forward Edvin will not address these issues for couples and they will have the exact experience we had. My husband and I spent the entire night micromanaging the DJ because she was not properly informed of the expectations of our event that we did not even dance with each other other than our first dance and the very last song. Our guests enjoyed themselves because we have extraordinary friends who celebrate all of life's moments with us even when they do not meet expectations. We are extremely grateful that the rest of our vendors and day was absolutely extraordinary but DJ Edvin's services left a bad stain of a lackluster experience that could have easily been avoided and alleviated had more communication occurred. I would honestly provide even more detail of this incident if I had the space to.

Rhoda and Frankie kick my butt on Tuesdays and I always look forward to belly dancing with Brandy! In my first 3 months I lost 10 pounds just going 2-3 days a week! This membership is much more affordable than others I've tried and they're the only ones I tried where you can take Zumba and mixxedfit classes in an air conditioned studio! I'm not trying to pass out in this Texas heat! I love that you can view and sign up for classes online so I can plan out my week. Now they just need an adult dance team or showcase! Every single person that works at this location has the best attitude and beyond friendly and welcoming! All the routines I learned were choreographed to the best songs and I was actually able to keep up for the most part. All the students were also very positive, fun and great to dance with!
