History
Established in 2003.
• Born in Rome in 1972, graduated at the Art School and at the Conservatory of Music.
• Winner at the Biennale of Marseilles in 1990 for oil painting.
• Graduated in Architecture at "La Sapienza" Valle Giulia.
• Ph.D. in Physics, with a thesis in Bioclimatic Design.
• Expert in Environmental and Energy Issues, Sustainability and Bioclimatic Architecture.
• Academic experiences at the major of Architecture at "La Sapienza" of Rome (2004 -2007): Teaching Assistant in the course of Industrial Design and Architectural Drawing.
• Academic experiences at the major of Engineering of Rome at "La Sapienza" (2005 -2009): Lecturer in courses Bioclimatic Design and Equipment.
• The experience of Interior Design and Engineering Physics that , over the years , helped to deepen the research of a language in terms of innovative sustainable design . The central objective of this way is the union between form and matter in terms of efficiency.
Meet the Business Owner: Simone C.
Simone Cappellanti nasce nel 1972 a Roma e dopo qualche anno scopre il suo gioco preferito: una biottica Yashica Mat 124 G;
Studia al liceo Artistico Sant’Orsola di Roma ed al Conservatorio di Musica.
Studia sulle enciclopedie della grafica, dell’arte e del disegno;
Il suo primo computer, un Apple IIe.
Si laurea alla facoltà di Architettura a Valle Giulia e diventa architetto nello stesso anno, contestualmente sostituisce il tecnigrafo con i MacPro e i software di modellazione 3D senza mai però abbandonare la matita.
Con il Dottorato prosegue la sua ricerca che si conclude con alcune Pubblicazioni Internazionali e tesi sul Calore Passivo. La sua passione per l’insegnamento lo porta dietro le cattedre di FisicaTecnica prima e di Disegno dell’Architettura e Disegno e Rilievo poi.
Alla ricerca di completezza (attraverso la fotografia, la musica e la pittura, con l’architettura come somma filologica di tutto), gira il mondo per 3 anni per poi tornare a Roma ed aprire il suo studio.
