This place was absolutely amazing! It has great food and drinks as well as authentic decor. This cafe has many great pastries and desserts. I personally had the spinach sandwich and it was absolutely fantastic, they had amazing proportions on it and it was truly so delicious. Quality Espresso in Holbrook! If you love good espresso, boba tea and nice people, this is the place to stop! If you stop, help them out and write some reviews! They need a greater presence on Yelp because they are by far, the best espresso in Holbrook! We spent the night in Holbrook while traveling to New Mexico and tried another place for a latte and decided we needed to continue to look... we were optimistic! And, like a mirage in the desert (insert 100 degree heat) we spotted Studio 66! They pulled quality shots of dark, creamy espresso . They had all the milk substitutes. And, they know how to make a great drink! I had an oat milk iced chai. My husband had a quad iced americano. They also had food, beyond what you see in the other reviews. I didn't take pictures but they had a breakfast panini that I would have tried if we didn't just have food. Help them out and write some reviews! I love this place! We stayed at Holbrook for 3 nights and we found this gem coz I was looking for a place to get boba. I love their Mango Guava iced Tea the most which was one of their recommended refreshing drinks. I also tried their sandwiches and was also delicious. If you're passing through Holbrook stop in and have some coffee and a sandwich - this place is great at both. They do a simple thing very well, and that's breakfast. We loved the breakfast sandwiches and the coffee options - try the 'Go Bananas'. They were also quick with the food and great to chat with. My chicken salad sandwich was warm and soggy from sitting in the to go box with the onion rings for who knows how long because they never notified me that it was read. Onion rings were cold. I watched several people come and go after me and kept thinking maybe the onion rings take longer...finally asked and my order was sitting on the counter all i got was an i'm sorry...waited 35mins for and spent a fair amount for food that was not worth it. A very nice coffee shop on Rt 66. The decor is fun, very clean, and a lovely variety of pastries. I had coffee and a chocolate croissant and both were very good. The coffee was served in a mug, which was a nice touch for each in customers. My hub had biscuits and gravy with eggs. The biscuits were awesome. The only little thing is the biscuits and gravy was served on paper on a tray. Gravy on paper doesn't work very well. read more
