First thing is we paid "extra" for the guest book which was a $100 add on. It was absolutely disappointing and frustrating and a complete waste of money. It was something my 4 year old could have put together and it didn't even include all of the photos that were taken. It was random photos and so unorganized and scribbles. The owner ranted and raved over how amazing it was and it was beyond disappointing my husband literally threw it in the closet out of sight. Second we called after a week to see where our disc was for all of the images and she did not even have my contact number or address to send my stuff to me, which in my opinion is unprofessional. So she told me that she would mail it first thing in the morning. I waited a week and still nothing so I called her again. No answer so I left a message. Still didn't hear back from her so I called again. She was on a vacation and said that she would call me as soon as she got home to get the correct information. Still no word a week after that so I called her AGAIN. she claimed she mailed it the day before and its on its way. So I waited another week and still NOT A THING. So I called AGAIN and she sounded extremely frustrated with me and I told her I had been nothing but patient but in my opinion that was extremely unprofessional and that she needed to take care of her clients. She couldn't even find my contract and not one time did she ever call to check up to make sure I had received anything. Over a month of 3 "mailed" packages which none came to me finally after complaining and calling time and time again she mailed the disc for the "4th" time. I finally received it. I wish I could give this place zero stars. For the amount of money we paid for this setup I wish I would have paid my photographer to stay longer and take pictures. all the pictures were bad quality and honestly I just wish the owner would take responsibility. If she forgot to mail them no big deal just use communication. I had 4 people interested in her Photo Booth after my wedding and sadly they are taking their business else where because of this situation. None of them want to deal with the headache. Please whatever you do, do you research before hiring them and find another Photo Booth that can take care of you and communicates to you.

Probably not...but the price was right for three of us to split. For us this trip it's not about the hotels, it's just a place to rest. As long as I don't see bugs or unwanted fluid I'm fine. I ran my blacklight, while my friend sanitized where needed. We didn't hang out coats on the rack because it looked like something splashed all over after I ran the blacklight through it . Bedding had a few stains but at least it didn't look like blood or seminal fluid . So my friends are sleeping, I'm up at after 3am writing this because I can't sleep. I will have to say this place is pretty quiet. At first I was very afraid because upon arrival the train was so loud and we were worried there will be no sleep all night. It's past 3am and I hear a train, but it's not loud at all. I don't hear the neighbors either. So it's nice that the rooms are pretty soundproof. There's a little coffee pot, a couple coffee packs, a mini fridge. We didn't have to use because we have an ice cooler, and a small tv. Paul at the front desk brought us more towels. They provide you with dark towels also to remove your makeup. They charge you extra if your towels are stained. I have blue hair so I bring my own dark towels, and my own pillow cases so I don't stain any hotel beddings. So I shouldn't be charged at checkout. There are plenty of outlets, and usb plug ins for the three of us to charge our devices. Front desk made sure we were on the first floor so we could park right in front. That was very convenient. That's why I give this place a three star instead of a two. If anything changes after checkout I'll be sure to update. The photos I posted aren't mine. Breakfast - Every morning from 6am to 9am we host a complimentary breakfast of fresh waffles, fresh eggs, and a large continental selection featuring two kinds of cereal, a variety of oatmeal flavors, toast in wheat and white, bagels in plain, chocolate chip and blueberry, sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, yogurt in assorted flavors, fruit cups in juice in assorted varieties, fresh fruit including apples and bananas, regular and decaf coffee and black tea. This breakfast was not the case either morning. It was literally two boxes of donuts sitting on a counter next to a refrigerator with locks on it, with a sign that said employees only. There was also coffee and two types of cereal. Please see video... Ok let's see what's next. Ohhhh yes. The binder in the room (which actually did not happen to be in mine, so they better not charge me). My parents stayed in the room next to me and showed me their binder which included the price list, if you decided to take any of the room amenities home. Not sure which was my favorite. The mattress or the air conditioner? I have also attached a copy of the price list for your enjoyment. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, I woke up and went to take a shower this morning and found a friend crawling around the shower wall/ceiling. I took this short attached video and then went to grab a shoe to kill it and when I turned back around it was gone. I didn't see this listed on the amenities price list so hopefully I didn't take it home with me. There is also not any staff to help you if you need anything. We stopped by the office multiple times to speak with someone but never found anyone. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a buzzer and when the lady came, she looked a little bit annoyed, but she checked us in. After that, they removed the buzzer so I'm not sure how you contact somebody. I am not sure what other options there are if you need to stay in this area but I would definitely not recommend. I HIGHLY recommend having Alisha and Nathan for both the ceremony and cocktail hour. As amazing as they were, my husband and I were too focused on each other that we could not fully appreciate the music playing when I was walking down the aisle. So, listening to the music playing during cocktail hour after photos were taken, was worth the investment. They were absolutely great and as we listened back to the recordings of the wedding, the music was perfect. My husband and I wanted a forest wedding. For the music, some of the music was inspired by the video games we played together. I even walked down the aisle to a Kingdom Hearts song. Alisha and Nathan were able to play ANY SONG and accommodate our unique tastes in some video game music! They communicated to us quickly over any changes or any questions that they had. Best of all, they surprised us with a song that we did not request but we absolutely LOVED because it was from our video game! They are two amazing, kind people who are willing to accommodate any song requests you'd like. You could tell that they truly cared about the sort of vibes and vision of the wedding as well! My husband and I 100% agree that they were one of the best parts of our wedding. We do not regret hiring them for cocktail hour and the ceremony. It was well worth every single dollar! All of our guests loved the live music and we are looking forward to hosting another event just to have an excuse to hire them again! :)
