They only accept cash but have an ATM inside which doesn't charge fees (tho my credit union still charged me) so I always bring cash. Terrible service. Sassy employees and fake products. The employees were non attentive and in their own little world. One walked up to the check out with a gas station bag of cash while they are all gossiping and not paying attention to what's going on. They rushed us out of the shop. This was my first time coming here even after hearing not so great things about the place. they tried ripping me off because they "didn't have change" then proceeded to give me attitude after questioning him about it. Worked at the Decatur location for over 6 months. Manager brought me on with the understanding that I can sell things and have great customer service. I was consistently able to improve sales through every single shift up to a point where it was over 1200 a shift. I was told this never happened before and thought I was doing great. Not once did Kurt the manager in any sense let a single Employee know whether their job was secure or not. He was rude took out anger on us every single day sat in the back and smoked his entire shift then gave me his tasks right before leaving. Kurt also took it to himself to not only review footage which is normal but to stop turn on the the speaker and listen in to me and and another employees personal conversations to which he didn't like and I was scolded for. I was told by him that I was too friendly I was to nice and that's "he wasn't their to make friends but to make money" all because I was being nice and talkative towards him on my shifts instead of shutting up and not saying a word?I did more than enough for the store that Kurt absolutely had no ability to do. He treated every one of us with anger and a snobby attitude everyday throughout. I have never been talked to or spoken too by a manager or boss in the way that he did! He had another employee crying one day! And let me make this clear I not only worked my butt off but I did it well and was able to produce this store more profit in one day than it's rarely seen and that's a fact. Now people are telling me my picture and name a former employee or ur store is up and says the words "toxic tyler" bc the manager didn't like how nice I was when I worked? I put up with it for months but at this point this is slander on my name! Spreading lies about me to every new employee you have bc you don't want me there anymore buying vapes? Never once have I caused an issues and this is how they treat people who stand up for theirselves I guess. Let me make this clear I need the owner to contact me before I have to take this further.this is pure defamation of character and I'm not gonna sit here and let it happen. read more
