Along with the language barrier, the culture shock, and trying to get settled in a new city, new job, and now home, we just wanted to have internet as soon and as easy as possible. We walked in on a Friday and met with Sasa. He said that we weren't able to self-install but that he'd come by Saturday between 1000-1200 to install the modem for us. He arrived around 1200 and installed the modem, and told us that it would take 3-4 hours to be active. Realistically, it took 7-8 hours, but whenever we texted or called him, he would always follow up with the technician people about when our modem would be active. Considering that in Europe, weekends are often difficult to get things like this done, we were extremely happy and grateful that Sasa was so responsive and also was able to get us internet within one day. Thanks Sasa! Would definitely recommend him and this shop to other customers in a similar situation.
