If he can't make it, he will call and let you know. 2) His timelines are realistic - Mike sets a schedule and tries to adhere to it as much as possible. If something unexpected comes up, he will walk you though the impact to the schedule. 3) He is flexible - I changed my mind several times on a wall in our Home theatre room and Mike adjusted it every time without complaint. 4) He fixes issues during his warranty period - A few small things came up after Mike finished and Mike promptly corrected all of them. 5) His rates are reasonable - For the commitment and reliability, Mike's rates are very fair
