He even confirmed the appointment a few days prior. Tuesday comes and 12:30 and then 1:30 come and go. At 12:15 we called these guys several times and texted them and no answer!!! We tried all day to get in touch. We are supposed to move into our house Thursday and really needed this done and no one ever showed up, called us to say they couldn't come, nothing. What a waste of time. Now we are struggling to get all our other trades rescheduled. We were even going to recommend them to family members that needed their whole house ceilings redone... what a waste. Absolutely ridiculous how people could do this to customers.
