Ricky came out the day after I called even after Hurricane Ian and tried to help us out as much as possible. They're super reliable, and knowledgeable. We had a new roof done from another roofing company two weeks before the hurricane and even with the new roof, there were major water damages to our interior walls and ceilings. Our roof company refused to cover for the damages since they don't cover hurricane damages under their warranty. And this is after they failed inspection. However, Superior one came saved the day offering us their expertise and honest advice. Thank you so so much Ricky for your dedication, hours up in the roof and attic to help resolve our problem. We really appreciate the communication and prompt services. Honestly recommend this company 200% compared to what we went through. Only regret is wish we worked with them since the beginning!

The other contractors would not allow us to have a choice of color, but superior one provided us with at least a dozen colors to choose from, as well as hidden or exposed fastener options. The install went well, with no damage to our spray foam insulation. Nick and Kristy were very easy to work with. I would hire them again.

Par arrived early for our initial consultation and from then on out was ALWAYS punctual...which is important to me and hard to find with some many contractors around here. I provided Par with the dimensions of the vault style mailbox that I wanted, as well as some pictures and examples of what I wanted it to look like. He was able to make my vision a reality and we are so happy with not only his quality of work, but my husband and I were very impressed with the way he runs his business. We are looking forward to working with Par and his team again in the future for other projects on our home, one of which will be updating our Summer Kitchen. I can't wait! I would highly recommend Viking Masonry to anyone in the Central Florida area.

Please see photos of the completed work by Viking Masonry at (407) 383-0540 that I will post soon…read more I paid them $3260 to repair two large exterior areas of stucco on a house I own on Pecori Terrace in Ocoee. The finished work is an embarrassment to any stucco professional. Some areas have a flat smooth finish. Others areas of stucco are thick and chunky with deep holes and pockets. I put at least six thick coats of quality exterior paint over the thick area to try to fill up the holes, and tried to work paint into the cracks that had appeared in the stucco. In addition to a very poor job on the stucco finish, their scaffolding permanently marked up the wall of the house below one repair, and also permanently marked up the paint on the garage door. If they want to come out and fix their work and paint it (and the areas damaged by the scaffolding), I will reconsider this review.

Update: Five stars for a company that stands by their work! I called Hinest Abe after the…read morehurricane Debby passed us leaving water in my electric box. I contacted Kyle to ask if there was any possibility the water could have come In Through the roof. He said he would get back to me. Later that morning I contacted the power company to request inspection of the electric meter. Before I heard a response from the power company, Mark from Honest Abe texted me to tell me he was 90 minutes away and was coming to inspect the roof. I told him we could wait until I found out if the meter had a gap that could've let the water in from the side of the house, but he said he wanted to come and check it out and make sure everything was in order. He didn't have to do this, but he came and inspected the roof which was as expected fine. He did find, a nearly half-inch gap around the electric meter, which is where the water came in during the storms. Mark went to the local hardware store bought a sealant, came back and sealed the area around the meter and checked the inside circuit box to make sure that the water was minimal and it was safe. None of this had anything to do with the roof and yet he insisted that it was an easy fix And resolved the problem. This is a quality company who provide a quality service more importantly, if there's even a question about whether there might've been a problem with the roof stand installed, they sent their technician out immediately, and the gentleman solved an unrelated problem. Thank you, Mark, Kyle, and Honest Abe Roofing. All of you are the best.

They came out over 10-13 times to fix this issue since October 2022 - UNRESOLVED!!! Let's fast forward to May 2023 "We Are Still Experiencing SAME Leaks" after a whole roof replacement.
