You don't get the giant fancy offices and leather chairs, but I don't want to pay for my solicitors ego, I want to pay for a good service and you certainly find that here. They also take part in Will Aid http://www.willaid.org/ where the wills are created for free and you are asked instead to donate the money to charity - we didn't know about this when we had ours created but its a worthy cause worth considering and shows the genourous nature of the firm.
