Scott seemed to get pissed about it but did ask a favor from me... His property but needs a FAVOR from me. I did what he asked and sent him the information he needed. Again giving him the request to shut off the noise or have it turned off. His response??? "..... if you tell me something repeatedly, I'm going to disregard this entire message. ..." I told him that I was frustrated and pissed about having to do this, and I could have just called the police and filed a noise complaint. here is the shocker... and I quote "You're not my boss you're not my client and your most certainly not my wife. I don't need you to tell me shit. Stop giving me a hard time dickhead" No I am not your client. NEVER will be. I would never have such and UNPROFESSIONAL person working for me. I was very let down by the service I received. She didn't keep me up on why my house wasn't selling…read moreso we could figure out what needed to be done. It didn't matter who viewed the home, she never bothered to collect much needed feed back. She believed the house would sell fast considering it had great curb side appeal. I believe she just tells people this to get them to sign. When her contract was up, I decided to not resign considering she lacked commitment and her communication skills were, well lets just say, she had none. She said if I resigned she would do open houses on Saturday. Really, well that should have be done from the beginning. Resign? That's a joke. She is a terrible realtor. Don't sign with her, believe me you'll regret it. I wasted six months. She SUCKS.
