We were dismissed by mortgage brokers because we didn't have regular income from a 9 to 5 job. But we had enough money to live on for a while and we wanted to find a great house in a great neighborhood without changing our plans for work. Jim didn't skip a beat when we described our situation. He is a creative thinker with a meticulous, professional style. He was refreshingly responsive and patient answering all our questions. He walked us through the loan process step by step. We've worked with good mortgage brokers in the past. Jim Kundinger is by far the best. We highly recommend him. Oh, and to top if off, A+ Mortgage Services is a "Mortgage Lender" not just a "Mortgage Broker". So unlike many brokers, they don't need to get permission from a lender at closing to release funds. That eliminates a potential delay at closing. Jim even attended our closing.

Luckily I met Richard Selensky from A+ Mortgage, and he made everything super easy. After about 6 months of looking I finally found a house I loved, I made an offer an it was accepted. I thought everything was going smooth, until my supposedly pre-appreved mortgage fell though because my employment was not deemed "full-time" (even though I am an engineering consultant who has worked at the same place for 5 years, and disclosed this fact several times to the lender.) I was in a serious pinch so my buyer's agent recommended giving Richard a call. Even though I called him at 6 PM on a Friday, he took the time to listen to my problem and was even able to submit a new application the same weekend. Not only was I able to secure a loan but I was able to get an unbeatable rate (3.5%) through the FHA program, something that is not even offered by most lenders. Don't waste your time anywhere else, I can't recommend Richard & A+ enough.

Some of the brokers gave figures that turned out to be too good to be true. Others gave us figures that made us question whether we could even afford a home. We worked with Rachel Wieland, who was absolutely fantastic. She didn't just sell us a mortgage. She asked us all the right questions and set up a great loan that was geared toward what we wanted to accomplish. If we had any questions, Rachel was there to answer them, and she got back to us quickly. She even provided a way to contact her after hours if something important came up that required immediate attention. She explained the entire process to us start to finish and when we closed, there were absolutely no surprises at all. Rachel was a great guide. We did compare terms, closing costs and other fees with the other firms that contacted us, and Wisconsin Mortgage Group offered the best bang for the buck, including the interest rate. I've purchased several homes in my life, obtaining this mortgage was the least stressful yet. I absolutely recommend Wisconsin Mortgage Group and especially Rachel Wieland. Cheers!
