I called Steve in a panic because we were not going to be approved for our building permit without a sealed drawing from a structural engineer. He came out to my house within 48 hours, evaluated the proposed addition/renovation, and took my drawings I did on graph paper and converted them to precise, clean, professional drawings within a few days. He was not 'over conservative' as many structural engineers are and helped save me about $4,000 from what was originally proposed by the township. The permit process was lengthy and drawn out, but as soon as I handed over the sealed drawings from Steve, the permit was approved within 6 hours. I've since recommended him to coworkers of mine (realtors) who have used his services and been equally impressed as I have been. I will be recommending him to any future clients in need of a structural engineer and calling on him when we plan our next renovation. read more

We had major basement foundation issues and after 5 estimates we wanted a structural engineer to look over the proposals and act as an independent consultant. Steve was affordable, reliable, prompt, friendly and impressively honest. Instead of trying to guide us towards a plan that would have meant more work / pay for him, he reassured us about a plan that we already liked. He was fair & easy to work with. We would use him again, but hope we never have to! read more

I had to take the day off; they were a complete no-show. They didn't call to say "we don't come to this area." They didn't call to say they would be late. They didn't call to say they weren't coming. I actually called them to see if they were still coming. No one answered and they never called back. That is completely unprofessional.

He and his team finished in a day like they said in time for us to host a party that weekend. The team was very polite and professional and the work was thoroughly done properly.
