He does not possess the ability to use common sense or critical judgement when weighing what patients tell him. Additionally, he fails to obtain adequate information of events to fully understand a situation before filing a formal claim to a state agency, and causing emotional distress to the patient and defamation of character against the family name. And as the state agency investigation proved, the claim was completely unfounded by this therapist. Furthermore, the claim was retaliation based on the client's decision to stop services, and only considered hours after the last session, where I received a phone call to tell me that a formal claim was being made. I really cannot make this up.
