I have recently reached out to Carly during a time of significant crisis in my life. From the very beginning she was very kind and made sure I understood I was safe which is a huge deal for me making it much easier for me to open up. I suffer from a lot of symptoms on a daily basis due to my Complex PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety and Carly has helped me greatly. I have been hospitalized, in programs, and seen other therapists and no one has been able to help me like she has. She is available at insignificant times during crisis and has helped me be able to not only make it through but carry on with my day. She also has reached out to my psychiatrist for me multiple times to help get my medication under control which has made all the difference. She is also very knowledgeable in many different areas including, DBT and CBT, is also able to explain things to me in a way I can understand, and then help me apply it to my life. Carly is a fantastic therapist. I absolutely love her. I'm never nervous to go and talk to her because she makes me feel really comfortable. She has amazing advice and she is very very smart.
