Roof leaked (and STILL leaks) about six times; rear wall completely ruined by water ingress, replastered once and repainted TWICE; seal not properly applied to side roof joint; door support trim not properly reinforced, shall I go on? On reporting failures to them, constantly fobbed off with "We haven't got anyone in your area," and on one memorable occasion, from one of their "executives", "This can't go on forever you know." Well, if you had done the job right in the first place, you'd never have been called back. Eighteen grand's worth of hassle. Avoid.
