PJ Fresh deli foods: sandwiches, salads, cold cuts, cheese, available. Dozens of drink choices but I was disappointed the "iced tea" is made from a concentrate. Not fresh brewed like at Whataburger down the street or Loves. The salad was fresh but the salad dressing choices are very few. Hope you like ranch and weren't hoping for blue cheese or balsamic vinaigrette. The ham and cheddar sandwich was freshly made, well sized, ...but the "special sauce" advertised on the packaging was barely there, only a quarter sized stain on the bread. So the sandwich was very dry. Solution: if you get a sandwich, unwrap it first and add what condiments you need at the counter or by the hot dog counter. The hot food choices behind the counter looked slim. Perhaps wrong time of day. But you can order made what you want. They seemed to have some meatloaf and Mac and cheese under the lids. One employee was helpful and more friendly. The others seemed disconnected. Not the best travel stop, but could be. It has great potential. I hope their management can bring it up a notch or two.

You have more food selections including healthy food options. The place is spacious and easy to navigate. The bathroom stall doors are better installed, not a peek-a-boo kind of installation, not worrying whether the person passing by might see you in your awkward moment. The decor is also contemporary. Thank you for giving us a better place to stop during the long drive between the Rio Grande valley and north of the border.
