I went to stripes tonight well this am I got my favorite chicken legs. Usually, they are burnt. But tonight they are made perfect, not burnt at all and very flavorful. I just needed to make a comment that the cashier Hailie has that store so clean and organized even getting a soda the bar everything was wiped down clean nothing messy usually when I go there the workers are outside. The chicken legs are burnt. The fried food usually isn't filled but tonight Everything was filled .The soda bar is usually messed up soda all over, soda cups not refilled, but this cashier Hailie she did an amazing job. Advertise all kinds if discounts. But its all 'my rewards crap' You dont find it out till after you check out. Pissed me iff for the last time. I am on the toad 4-5 days a week - no more stripes for me. Food bar closes early, or not even open. I'll go to one of the plethora other dependable places. I will add the two tacos i got were good and staff was friendly enough. But went for barbacoa and they were out at 1030am (some had been made) i was told that the boss said they had to shut down early tday. Again, unreliable! If one wants a dependable lunch place - go somewhere else. Lunch time hadn't even started!! read more

Trashy store been going there for awhile now, service has gone down hill, bought a case of soda didn't realize they had taped the box back together and every can was busted in one way or another. From now on I'm going to the allsups down the road. read more

Either this store is very short handed, or the employees are not doing their jobs. Last few times we have been in, the tea dispensers are always empty. Same thing today at 2 p.m. No tea, and both cola stations had out of order signs on them. We come in because J really enjoy the mango tea. Brownwood is the only store that is continually out of everything. This had never occurred at Stephenville, or any other location, for that matter. Brownwood needs to step it up. read more

Brownwood 377, near Coggins! Garbage on site is disgusting. Drive around the back and look at the trash littering the property. Makes one think that the Management is non-existent. Tried to upload a video, but file was not supported. Every Stripes opened in our area turns to crap after a year,dirty parking lots that seem to never be clean and dirty restrooms. read more

We go in to get a couple of icees. The store is completely out of cups. So I pick up a couple of frazil cups. I'm expecting $3 when I get to the counter it's over $7 for two drinks. Skinnies for two of these drinks is like $3.24. so basically it's the customer's fault if they're out of cup you're going to pay out the ass. They don't bother to put a sign up I don't think they got anybody in there hired in there that's smart enough to do that. read more

This store has good deli food for breakfast and lunch but the wait is horrible. Long lines at deli and cash register. It's good though if you just avoid the deli. read more

When I walked in the ladies behind the counter were less than energetic and looked as though they wished to be somewhere else. As I went by I told them to smile which got me a look as if to say "are you crazy". I lost my husband in May and if I can find something to smile about then they should as well. So management, if they don't like their job and can't be upbeat to the people that help pay them...find some that can and will. It's a pleasure going into a place where there are smiles instead of looks as the one I received. read more
