Then he told me that he used special 3000 lb /per sqin concrete that should cost more but he would give me a deal. The price he quoted me was almost twice what Carl quoted and he got the sqft right. The salesman was Eragon and Said to me I was here before and I gave you an estimate did you ever get your lanai and I said yes I did $5000 cheaper than your estimate just to let you people know there are better competitors and better prices make sure you guys get at least three estimate trust me I used to be a contractor.
