I didn't expect that price to come with all my problems working with this company at the Jacksonville location. Picking out my color was fine they had lots of options to choose from and after many questions of post wrap care and quality reassurance of wrap brand quality I chose pink Sakura for my brand new (less than 100 miles driven) bmw 430i vehicle. I got a whole vehicle wrap minus the roof and side mirrors, I left those black which was the base color of my car. I was told it would take 3 days to do my wrap start to finish. I was there right at open to drop off my vehicle, getting updated through the process Ross was great and answered all my questions. HOWEVER. they kept delaying me pricking up my vehicle, and they do not work weekends so I couldn't pick it up on the weekend they had my car for 5days and when i finally picked up my car and got it home I was PISSED. Not only did it look like they did not clay bar clean my car prior to installing the wrap but i had portions of the wrap not installed correctly like corners pulled to tight and black showing through. I immediately messaged Ross about the issues and he said some bubbles are normal and the dirt under the wrap will be handled at the 2week follow up appointment. 2 weeks later I drop off my car they told me it would be a few hours- Not. Dropped off at 9am and it wasn't ready until after 5pm they replaced the the main panel that had issues even tho I could still see some dirt trapped I was just over it at this point, and they fixed the corners I had issues and all the bubbles. At this appointment I also paid for blackout chrome delete for my silver trim around my windows and bumper. I go to pick up my car and Ross informs me the installer accidentally cut into my main wrap on my bumper and didn't have time to fix it that I would need to come back to have it replaced or he said and I quote "the sun could melt it back and you won't notice it" I was pissed yet again because I live an hour away. And this is a brand new vehicle so I'm praying I don't have a cut mark into the actual paint itself. Ontop of that my car was extremely dirty and they couldn't even take the time to wash the car it looked like they only touched the parts that had issues. I paid a lot of money to have this wrap and not have issues like this. I get my car back and at this time I was unable to make it back to Jacksonville for about 3-4weeks as they are only open Monday-Friday. After going back and getting that fixed (took about 3-4hours) I was happy with my car I love the color and everything was fine. FAST FOWARD to 3/4 MONTHS LATER! **Only hand washed my car with a ph neutral soap. No wax! As I was told. Kept in the garage most nights.** I get my car detailed today and my detailed comes to me and points out stripes in my wrap!!!! STRIPES! And it's not coming out with a wash. It appears it's in the wrap itself not on-top. I message Ross immediately and send him videos of my car and the issue, he then told me it could be anything to pay for a "light polish" and see if that takes care of it??? Not offering for me to bring it in or even considering it's a wrap failure. So instead I told him I want 201 wraps to see it with their detail guy and try and fix it. At this point I am so extremely disappointed with 201wraps I will never refer anyone to them. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I paid in full and I feel so overlooked ever since. I feel as if all the issues I had they just did a quick fix. And they really don't care to get my car back and fixed properly since I already paid. The stripes appear to my detailer that the car wrap was stretch too much and is failing. I asked if I could be transferred to the st augustine location as I am very displeased with Jacksonville location and was told i am not allowed to change service locations. I paid a deposit at the time ($1,100) that I thought was refunded back to my card, due to the time it took them to complete the wrap. The tracker was going off on the slingshot indicating the slingshot was being driven 1:00 am showing the location was at Whisper (a bar) I never followed up with my card service because they usually handle disputes very well. Zack informed me that they have a NO REFUND POLICY which I wasn't aware of, I don't patronize businesses that don't like giving money back, no refund means do what you want and there's nothing you can do about it! My fault for overlooking this policy. I was on vacation when Zack contacted me, sending my blood pressure completely up...so, I asked my husband to handle it due to my pressure going up too high. Zack quoted me this outrage cost, added extra expensive without confirming the amount, not knowing if I even had that kinda of money. Every little thing Zack was adding outraged pricing. At this point I just want my slingshot, again the same action as my last experience. I asked to speak to a manager/owner anyone that could make a decision with sensible outcome. I just paid the balance too Susan over the phone ($1347), now Zack calls me back with an inflated cost stating he texted me a cost which is more around $1600, I can't with this company and it's not like they do a good job. My first sling they did okay, but my second slingshot trash wrap coming off alone with straight chaos. I went to WeTint because of the great recent reviews, pricing and I had seen a couple of Tesla SUV (with the panorama top/ door) outside of their shop. (We have a car that is funky that we want tinted) At the "consult" Jasmine L Hunter (Owner) of the shop met me initially for the tint of one of our vehicles. I let her know, we have multiple vehicles that will be coming if we like the results. She was very personable to begin with. Visit 1-I set an appointment for Friday Jan 30 at 2pm- when I get there all is fine, drop the vehicle off and she calls me at 5pm to tell me tint is done, I pick up at 6pm and it is already starting to get dark. When get there I notice immediately there is bubbles in the tint, she says "due to the freeze the glue may bubble but dont worry it will go away when it warms up " if not you can bring it back, the tint has a 5 year warranty (which I confirmed BEFORE the work was done) In the daylight- you could see how bad this tint job was. Debris under the tint, bubbles around the edges, Tint not lining up with the actual window, even a slash in the tint itself. & THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE WINDOW MOLDING BACK. So I call- say "hey, im not satisfied, the window piece is missing- what can we do." She agrees to take a look and reschedule, mind you, it was a week later she looked at it, my daughter was sick, they had a funeral to attend, we waited until Feb 23 to "fix" it. Visit 2- I had an appointment, dropped off my truck around 12pm. At 5:30pm NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE WITH THE TRUCK- Jasmine texts me, "Hey, this is WeTint. I'm still working on your car was trying to see if you would be able to pickup tomorrow" at this point I am upset but I am STILL willing to give them a chance to actually fix it. When I pick up my truck I tell them again about the window piece missing, she said she would order it with the Toyota dealership nearby. I agree. We RESCHEDULE AGAIN for the next day. Visit 3- Feb 25 Truck was dropped off to Jasmine. When we go to pick up, My Husband got out of the car to look it over. I go get the keys from Jasmine- she walks away inside. Even an UNTRAINED EYE can see all of the issues that are still there or worse. BUCKLE UP BUTTERCUP- He knocks on the garage door to get her attention, as she walks out shows him her gun on her waistband! Immediately she catches an attitude. Andrew tells her that all of the doors STILL have debris under them and bubbles and this is what we were coming back to fix in the first place. She tells him, she cant deal with his negative attitude and he is out of line I tell her this is still not done correctly. She steps over to talk just to me- ignores Andrew and he goes to the car. She tells me, "this is not how business is done, he cant come at me with a negative attitude, I am someone's wife. How would you like if my husband was here. " I literally said- "and? " I told her this is LITERALLY the 6/7th time up at the shop, and things are still not resolved since the initial consultation back in January. I told her I am not happy with how things are being done and we need a solution. She says " I can remove all of the tint and you can get a refund, or remove the back half and give you a partial refund." So- they took the factory tint off gave us ,mediocre at best, Tint AND she still wants to get paid while trying to intimidate us!!!! (As of TODAY, March 20, still not resolved the missing window piece!)
