Mike literally dropped everything to help, walked us through every step of the process, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to negotiate the best possible outcome in court. His professionalism stood out from day one. You can tell he has an excellent rapport with the Judges and court staff, and that respect translates into how smoothly he navigates the courtroom. Mike was always fully prepared, knew the evidence inside and out, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening at every stage. What really sets him apart is that you can tell this isn't just a job for him, this is a passion. He genuinely cares about the people he represents, and that compassion shows in the effort he puts in and the way he treats his clients and their families. He also took the time to guide me through the bond process, answering every question and easing so much stress during an overwhelming situation. Mike was prompt at every court appearance and consistently returned my calls and emails quickly, sometimes even on weekends. If you or someone you love needs a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely reliable criminal defense attorney in Cleveland or Akron, I would trust Mike again without hesitation.

Fast forward eight months later, after 18 unanswered phone calls, multiple unanswered emails, and no communication whatsoever I asked for a refund of the $1000.00 I gave her minus any cost of the documents she said she drafted in April. Maureen Zito mfz@mzitolaw.com Jun 26, 2023, 6:53PM to me I have to get pre-approval of qualified domestic relations orders we prepared, before we all sign, submit to the Judge and then send to the Plan administrator. The Office of Personnel Management will review them. If we don't get pre-approval, we could end up doing them all over again. Maureen Nancy Jun 27, 2023, 8:40AM to Dale, Maureen Wow, how easy it would be to have a conversation in these last 6 months since texts and emails get no response. So I guess I'll type my questions and hope to get a reply sometime in the near future. WHAT was going to be sent over the weekend? WHO has to pre-approve the orders? WHAT REASONS would it not be approved? HOW MUCH LONGER do we wait for the preapproval? WHY couldn't this have been in process months ago? WHAT PAPERWORK were you referring to in your text on March 23rd? "You are not bothering me. I DRAFTED PAPERWORK and need to get it out to your ex. Thanks for the nudge. Stay dry!" (text you sent March 23rd) NUDGED on March 23?? I would like a copy of the qualified domestic relations orders you prepared. I don't like to admit this, and i'm not exactly "proud" of it, but i've found myself needing to work with him, & his team, multiple times, over a number of years...
