We needed to sell one of my husband's motorcycles, and for some reason it wouldn't start. It's a…read moreTriumph, so hard to find parts. And my husband was working out of phone range, so I had to deal with Smoky Mountain Indian Motorcycle Repair most of the time, and I know NOTHING about motorcycles. GREAT experience. Absolutely GREAT experience. We were anxious we were going to get fleeced because we were dropping off a bike like, "We don't know what's wrong with it, can you figure it out?" Which could be construed as a license to bill. Not at all. Turned out to be a pin coil. They spent like one labor hour figuring out what it was. We had to order the part from Tennessee. They helped us. Even going so far as to communicate with the Triumph people in Tennessee to facilitate the process. They were 100% professional in clearing any charges with us before they went ahead. AND their estimate was right on target- to the penny. Moreover, everyone we talked to were super polite and friendly, especially Cameron, with whom we dealt with most of the time, who coordinated everything for us, and who could not have been more helpful. Because we planned to sell the bike, I asked them for an assessment and to provide a statement describing what condition the bike was in. They made sure to include an assessment of the bike's condition (excellent) on the invoice for us. We could not be more pleased with their service. I told my husband he should get an Indian, just because we know such an excellent Indian service center.

They jumped right on it, diagnosed it, and replaced the part in 25 min. and had me back on the road. The mechanic and staff were great to help me out. I strongly suggest checking them out.

A couple years back they replaced a front peg I broke and did it quickly and for a good price.... Saved part of my vacation! This time, got a flat on my rear tire on my 2006 GL1800. Had tow truck driver take it there, but it was late in the day on which they were closed, but one of there guys was there doing some work, .. he helped me get it into the shop, made some notes, and said they would do their best in the morning when they opened. Stayed at Econolodge next door, stopped by next morning, and Jesse apologized as he was swamped with scheduled service, but he would do the best he could.. This was at 9AM. 10:32 AM, I was on my way, new tire, very reasonable cost, I only hope that all my future breakdowns happen near them (grin).. A+++++

John was easy to work with and gave me a fair price, plus he had me all taken care of in minutes and even took the time to help me load my bike and tell me everything I'd need to know about it. The folks at Schroader's helped me feel welcomed and confident in my decision. You can really tell they take pride in their products and customer service. To top it all off I left with exactly what I was looking for, and my new XR650L even came topped off with a full tank of gas. Thank you again John and Schroader's Honda!!! I won't hesitate to make the drive again for this kind of service.

I purchased an 07 Suzuki gs500f from Bob (salesman) 4 months ago....the bike had around 4,900 miles…read moreon it. 10 minutes after I rode off the sales floor. The bike broke down near enka high school. I called the guys at 191 and they said they'd pick it up when they had time and check it out....after 2 weeks and 3 trips back and forth to 191s trusted motorcycle repair shop (west side scooter) they told me the problem was "fixed" it was a fuel system issue which prompted them to "clean the tank, carborator, lines and fuel filter." Or so they said. When I got my bike back it was still having the same problem just not as often. So I dealt with it. A month and a half later, my bike locks up on me in the fast lane near the weigh station between exit 44 candler and exit 37 east canton. I kept my bike on 2 wheels fortunately and didn't get ran over by the guy behind me....Again I call 191, because at this point t in time the bike was only at 7000 miles. Brian the owner of 191 Motorsports said he would try to help but he already fixed one problem for me. A day or 2 later he picks my bike up at its broken down location and takes it back to West side scooter to see what's going on....a week later o receive a phone call from 191 saying that there was "A cap full of oil in my bike". They also stated that there wasn't any leaks and that someone had drained the oil out of it.....I called my insurance agency Geico...they did a 2 month long investigation and found that there is no evidence of someone doing that and that I needed to call 191 back and see when they changed the oil....191 told me before the purchase they had changed the oil.....all I know is I didn't ride the bike 3000 miles before the bike blew it's engine...I had no reason to mess with the oil myself...I've only made 4 payments on this bike and have to make almost 2 more years of payments. I just want people to know that this is going on at Highway 191 Motorsports off brevard road....DO NOT PURCHASE BIKES FROM THEM!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! THIEVES!!!!! You will think you're getting a good deal but your only getting a bike that will blow up 2 months later!!!!
