However, YMMV depending on the location that you choose as each has its own culture. This review is specific to this location. The office is new and the interior and equipment are pristine. Stations and equipment are very clean and nothing is out of place. The front desk is manned by Julio, who is a master of schedule work. He always greets you when you arrive and has a cheery demeanor (despite it being 9 a.m., in my case). Jon is what makes this location my choice for care. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and goes into great detail to explain the injury that he is treating and the reasoning behind each of the million or more exercises that he will push you to complete. He spends the full time of the appointment cheering you on and will happily jump into the exercise if a demo is needed. He also makes great recommendations for budget-friendly exercise equipment that his patients can use at home to continue their recovery after the PT sessions have ended. Healing is no fun, but with adequate knowledge transfer and dedication to the success of the individual patient, your care team can make the process - not painless - but more engaging and rewarding. Janet went out of her way working with my PCM to ensure that the correct insurance codes were used so I wouldn't be charged. Crystal was my primary therapist, with Olivia helping out as well. They both were very professional, had great senses of humor, and genuinely cared about their clients. A few times when I was there former patients came in just to say hi and to give them a hug while they were in the area. They also have an app to help you with your therapy at home which was a big help. This is a great place to help you recover and I wouldn't hesitate going back if I ever need it.

The woman at the desk truly seemed to take pleasure in saying it would be months before I could be seen. Honestly, I've never thought that about any medical office but she was sneering and laughing. I told her I'd been in 10/10 psin since Friday night. I'm not a drug seeker ( or I would have gone to an ER). I wanted a consult and possibly a guided steroid shot to stop the pain.
